Therapy

Therapy is a collaborative space where you can focus entirely on your personal growth and well-being. I offer one-on-one, 50-minute virtual therapy sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant teleconferencing platform, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort of your home, office, or another private space.

Therapy vs. Coaching
Coaching and therapy are separate types of treatment and we will only engage in one of those treatments. In our initial consultation appointment, we can mutually decide which service is the best fit. Therapy and coaching are both goal-oriented, while therapy provides clinical assessment and deeper emotional processing, coaching is focused on action-driven strategies. We will clarify the best fit during our initial 20-minute consultation.

I work with adult professionals through various stages of their careers. Whether you're an emerging leader, an established executive, or approaching retirement, we will tailor therapy to support your evolving needs. Therapy Process
Therapy sessions are grounded in evidence-based approaches such as Interpersonal Process Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to help you:

  • Assess stage of change and identifying roadblocks to your desired change

  • Redefine and leverage your strengths

  • Shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to self-doubt and anxiety

  • Develop clarity and confidence in decision-making

  • Navigate career and personal challenges with greater resilience

  • Strengthen emotional intelligence and stress management strategies

Together, we will determine the best approach based on your goals.

Fees & Insurance

  • Initial 60-minute intake session: $225

  • Ongoing 50-minute sessions: $200

  • Out-of-network provider: A superbill is available for potential reimbursement through your insurance.

Why I Do Not Accept Insurance

Choosing private pay ensures therapy is designed around your needs, not dictated by external guidelines. This means:

  • Personalized Care – Your treatment isn’t limited by insurance coverage restrictions.

  • Confidentiality – No formal diagnosis on permanent medical records, protecting future opportunities like life insurance eligibility.

  • Flexibility – We can focus on what truly matters, including life transitions, career challenges, and personal growth, which insurance may not cover.

If we are not a good fit, I will be happy to provide referral resources. I am available to speak to you, your association or organization about mental health, wellness, and more.
